Question Lack of BHP

Hi folks,

Just looking for clues as to what to rule out for the lack of BHP while remapping.

Car set up:
Wagner FMIC
Forge boost pipe (red)
DPF removed
EGR removed
Swirl Flaps removed

While mapping we are struggling to get bhp gains however reaching 557ftlbs (755nm) of torque.

Bhp seems stuck at around 338bhp. Do these cars have map limiters that I may have missed somewhere or is it looking like a component problem ?

No error codes are present and car drives well but I would like to think with the torque figure 370+ should be on the cards ?

Wagner FMIC with forge uprated pipe (red)

SCR / DPF has been replaced with a straight pipe to remove completely, still has sensors though.

You could try and seeing if all your vaccum lines are fresh as well.

my 335d has the same setup and runs 369BHP and 760nm torque could have done more but boost creep set in would have to take turbos off and open the wastgate out from 11mm to 13mm to get more but in your case with 755nm some things up only getting
338bhp have you removed the egr water cooler my cooler cracked after 1000 miles and started water seeping back to the turbos?

Thanks for trying to help guys.

All vacuum lines have been replaced.
Don't think the cooler has been removed so will double check that. No signs of boost creep so will leave that for now. In the future I will be going hybrid setup but want things running right before going that route.

Injectors have been checked and healthy along with the fuel pumps.

You can try to use TestO app(developed by Pheno) to diagnose any boost related problems as you can see in my post here it displays curve of desired boost value vs actual boost value. This will make sure that if your pressure converters or actuators are working fine or not.
