WTB: N54 Motor or maybe N55 Motor ASAP
Hey guys so I got the horrible news today that my 07 E92 335i needs a new engine, metal shavings in the engine and low compression I believe, the shop didn't go any further with the diagnosis because no sense of tearing it all the way down just to tell me I need a new motor. So I'm looking for a motor ASAP I'm looking for a N54 motor with less then 100k on it for a decent price don't really need the turbos to be on the motor since I literally just installed brand new ecs turbo replacement kit on it. I have cash now willing to travel about 150 miles in any direction of Ohio where I am. Also wondering if a N55 motor would work. Let me know what you guys have if anything that would be great super salty right now considering I haven't even driven the car smh. thanks in advance TEXT 24hrs at : 6--1--4--4--9--5--6--1--5--3 (I'm steve) |

Out of curiosity, how did your engine fail? Motiv has a rebuilt N54s for around 5k: http://www.motivmotorsport.com/produ...ilt-motor-n54/
