Scheduled maintenance?

I picked up my 230i in early November last year and it's currently at around 5500 km mileage. When should I visit dealership for scheduled maintenance? And does this include oil change for free of charge?

Instrument cluster says 13000km or a specific date. You can book the maintenance at that time

Free of charge for the first 4 yrs.
