iphone not playing music after 1.1.3 update

hi guys,
last week everything was running fine on my iphone, i have the latest ipod kit for my Z4M coupe and had full control over music via the steering wheeel buttons and dash buttons, as well a artist name track and album would display.
over the weekend i upgraded my firmware to 1.1.3 on my iphone and now i have no music or cotrol of iphone,
i still get fone sounds coming through like when u unlock the fone, and the bluetooth fone book works fine to, just dont have any music??
my ipod works fine though so its something to do with the iphone

has anyone had this problem?
does bmw have a firmware update to fix this?

Does the music play when it is not connected to the car? If it doesn't it is probably a iPhone problem. I have had no problems with my updates, but I just use the AUX in on my car.

Which iPod adapter do you have? Is it the BMW accessory or a third party such as DICE?

I have an iPhone and the latest software is 1.1.4. It works perfectly in my E90 (has the BMW MOST iPod adapter) and in my Z4 with the DICE. I see you are in Australia - have you cracked the iPhone or added any third party software that might be causing the iPhone to operate differently?

hi guys, im running the factory ipod kit from bmw, the fone still plays music through headfones and throught the speaker, just not when connected to car.
i have cracked it and i am running some 3rd party software, will get my flat mates one out this weekend and see if his works, as he doesnt install any other programs on his iphone
