Headers Mod - e46 vs e92 m3

ok so on the e46 m3 us spec the headers are built into the cats, i noticed a huge difference in performance when I installed oem csl headers and supersprint cats, my question is does the e92 have a similar factory exhaust setup with the cats located so close to the engine? Ive seen shots of other parts of the exhaust and it looks like the cats are in the sections 1/2 - are any companies out there making headers for the e92 m? thank you....
