Simple question: Did anyone here already have his top mounts replaced?

I never reported it here, but I had mine replaced in January during a service. The dashboard in front of me was making a weird squeaking noise when I turned the wheel during parking or being static.

Dealer immediately spotted it and replaced the top mounts, and the problem was gone. This was at like 27,000 km after driven the car across Europe and driven it hard on many different roads.

Would love to hear if anyone else had the issue here?

I had a similar problem but mine was making clicking sounds when turning the wheel. It started to happen after I lowered the car with Eibach pro kit sprigs and turner spacers. The shop that installed for me told me to check with BMW and now I have an appt with them coming up as the Shop Forman wasn't sure what it was on the spot.

I had this problem and it began around 3,000 miles. I actually noticed it and forget to mention it to the dealer when it was in for service but thankfully they caught it on the test drive and replaced the part (it was on back order).
