Remote Coding website

Hi all,

I seem to have came across this company that provides Remote coding, where you just pick and choose which features you want to be coded, checkout and pay. They will then send you a file to download. You then save this file on a USB thumb drive and plug it in the USB port under the center armrest.

Anyone know the name of the company. It would be greatly appreciated

Get BimmerCode instead. I don't believe the USB option will even work on an M2.

+1 on Bimmercode. Honestly, it's about the same effort as remote coding and you can make as many changes as you want.

I'm interested in coding things in (iD6 light) & out. Is it actual coding w/Bimmercode or simply choosing options from a menu?

I'm note sure if this is the USB coding you came across.
When I checked into it, it appears to offer far less coding options.
Also some of the reviews on customer service weren't good. Proceed with caution.

Man, that site is a ripoff. $45 just to get folding mirrors? You can get Bimmercode and the wifi OBD plug that is necessary for around that much and can code tons of stuff.

Doing it yourself with the cable is definitely the cheapest but also the most time consuming for those not familiar with it. This being the cheapest is weird for me coming from VW since the VAGCOM cable is like $350.

Forgot I have an unused iPhone 4S. Just updated it to iOS 9.3.5 so I can use Bimmercode.

2. Exhaust flap control

3.Dealer diagnostics mayBe even better. Looks at 24 existing ecus and found codes the dealership couldn't (And clear them)

4. Nwe battery registrion n Service reset

5. Will also code Benz and vw with those apps

6. As with esys, limit how many times u code the car as you will fry your footweLloyd module (FRM)...
