You signed the papers and your insurance is responsible so maybe you have to pay your deductible for it.. make sure you read your loaner paperwork.

So a foot and a half of water won't affect a e9x?

Maybe it would.
Just didn't seem like a lot of water.

Im no expert or anything, but I've went through waters that cover my side skirts. All i know is you are supposed to go extremely slow in such conditions so you don't lift water up to the intake.

You never let go of gas either so doesn't suck back through I had a a4 2.0 with like 4k miles on it and did same thing but like 20 other cars did to. I burned out starter trying to get it to crank so I ended up having my wife push me with my pickup and just let it run the engine in second gear and it sputtered to life after like 500 ft but still had blown starter

Bad Ass.
Smooth, fast. Steering is almost close to the E90 less vagueness on the highway than previous F30's I've driven. Still not as good as the hydraulic system in the E90.

It would be fun with a 6-speed Manual.

Turns out I may be Covered by AMEX platinum because dealer uses a card to put a hold.

But the process is a nightmare. And the car is in Atlantic city and the dealership is in North Jersey. Anyone know a cheap long haul Towing company?

Amex should consider this a rental car no? In which case you should be fine I think.

Let me know cuz this sounds like something I would be in lol

AAA gold tows up to 200 miles, but you have to wait a week from signing up to be able to use the service.

Amex won't cover it because you must be charged for the loaner (in full btw, partial charges do not count) to be covered, which I assume is provided free by your dealer

The dealer puts a $250 hold on the card. So I can make them make it official.
