Hi. 1st post

just wanted to say hi. great forum.
i use to be on the e46 fanatics when i had my zhp.
my current ride is an 06 2.0t passat with APR stage 2/ 93 octane, 3" down pipe+cat back, intake, 18" proxy 4. max boost is around 20 psi.
im looking to upgrade soon in a 335. i hope its as much fun as my zhp was.
the software on the Vw is a flash ,and i can switch programs with my
cruise control. (other tunners like revo or giac have hand helds and you can change settings on your own), also have the security lockout with a code, for the dealer.
i wish the ecu on the bmw was this easy to tune.
one difference i noticed from reading here is that the 335 stage 2 requires
an intercooler, vw/audi stage 2 requires down pipe for an increase of about 20hp.
1 thing i have not seen yet on the forum is water/meth injection. i have seen many people use this kit with great results (20whp gains). it lowers the temps and allows you to run 100+ oct files with regular 91-93 pump fuel.

Wasn't the Passat a turbo 4 cylinder engine?

Go for it mate...yo wont regret it. There are plenty of tunes to make a choice from and there will be much more soon. Rememeber that 335i is only available in the market for one and half year...
