Kreissieg F1 VT Exhaust System

I see a Kreissieg exhaust for sale on the Eisenhaus website. I know all the issues with Eisenhaus but is this a Kreissieg product or a knock off? I don't see it on the Kreissieg website. Here's the link:

It sounds awesome but the price is highly unesscessary I used to think the $4k for the E46 M3 system was ridiculous but they just went and doubled it lol.They must really not like to make money I guess.That exhaust should sell for $3k MAX
