Right rear blinker throwing an error and flashing very quickly. I know there have been other posts on this, but want to see if there are any recent solutions. I pulled the bulb unit and checked the connections (i.e., bent them out to make sure they are making contact with the blinker unit) as well as the bulbs. All seems fine.
Any tips, tricks or advice? I am reluctant to take it to the damn mechanic because it will be a $500 swap and replace exercise. |

I had this problem last year. My rear LED light was defective, some LED did not turn ON. I decided to try this light from Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 At first, I was not sure about the quality because it is only $56. I decided to order anyway. I am happy with the purchase. I cannot tell any difference in appearance or quality vs. OEM |

It's the soldering joints between the three blinker led panels inside. But easiest to replace the whole unit. If you are brave you can take apart. They come apart easy and then resolder and reglue.

+1 on what Yozh said.
I had this issue but cannot offer any DIY help as I had both taillights replaced under CPO.

Chief O, I sent you a message if you haven't read it. I would like your old taillights.
I would like to do some experimenting with them if you wouldn't mind sending them. I will pay for shipping |

So these tail lights from ECS are absolutely OEM!
Real easy fix, just 3 8mm screws. |
