Change LIM function to CC (cruise control)

Good Morning

I have an F31 just with the LIM button and the +- rocker on the wheel.
I would like to encode it as Cruise Control, but without changing anything of the hardware, just encode.
It will be possible?

I've seen it on several sites and only describe the inverse, ie from CC to LIM, or by changing the buttons on the steering wheel.
