KW V3 Settings

Just put on some KWV3 shocks on my car with some linear Swift 400/700 springs. Just wanted to see what settings people are running before my first track day with them as a starting point to get these dialed in as quickly as possible.

Preferably people with the linear swift conversion with rates near mine

No experience with Swift springs (or any with linear progression) ~with~ KW dampers, but maybe post #7 of this thread would be helpful: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=653693

Cool, thanks.

Really want some folks with track experience to chime in, I guess I could try the M3 board

I've found that setting to be just stiff enough and be compliant. I have tried stiffer and softer (and remain 1 setting stiffer on rear rebound) and still like that the best. I have about 40 to 50 track days with car, mostly on that setting. I instruct for BMWCCA and PCA. I do see you have an e82, maybe one click softer all around is where you should start.
