2018 M3 YAS/S ZCP Performance Center Delivery
Hey guys new here and really to BMW ownership in general. I ordered my new M3 about 3 months ago and one week ago I got to do a PCD. Wow!! What an experience. For all of you that have done a PCD before you’ll know what I’m talking about. When we arrived with the shuttle and walked in my car was staged in the lobby of the Performance Center. I was speechless the second I saw it. I wanted to just jump in and start checking it out but off we went to start the activities. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. My experience was one I will remember forever. It became very clear to me why people say once you own your first BMW you’ll never look back and that’s all you’ll drive. The manufacture as a whole is so proud of their product and the owners so incredibly loyal.
I Purchased my first BMW about a month ago. Got a E90 328i w/ 64k miles to use as a daily since my M3 was purchased with intentions to use as a fun weekend toy. I was very close to pulling the trigger on a new Porsche Cayman S but decided against it for more reasons than one. At this point in my life 35 years old with a wife and two little girls 7 and 5 years of age the M3 made more sense. Maybe in about 20 years I’ll get a Porsche when it’s just me and my wife. Here are some pictures of the M3 from the PCD Pics of my E90 Love the look with a euro plate so I got a Munich plate for the E90 Last edited by Bimmers4life; 12-17-2017 at 04:33 PM.. |

Nice. I suspect the M3 will soon be your daily driver.

As far as the wheels it was a no brainer. In my opinion the 666 wheels with the black inserts don’t show the pattern and shape of the wheel very well. From more than a few feet back it’s hard to see the details in the wheel. So I had to go with the silver insert color instead. |

My commute is very boring and it would not do the M3 any justice driving to and from work other than to collect some bugs and rock chips along the way. I have a 2017 1000RR SP and people wonder why I never ride to work. It’s just boring. I’d rather wait until the weekend and hit the north GA mountains.

I posted in ur other thread, congrats again!! Funny thing is I also always had white cars and almost got Yas, when I saw it in person the wifey said it was too "smurf" blue so I kept with the white.
Funny thing is apparently we have a mutual friend, Jose, he showed me pics of ur car yesterday actually.
