Individual Polar Blue Stitching

I recently took delivery of my 2018 F80 with a couple Individual options, including Polar Blue stitching.

I figured I'd put up a few pics since I haven't seen any, other than the one post mentioning the new thread colors. I don't post much but thought this might help anyone else on the fence about ordering contrast stitching.

Thanks! It's $1400 on top of ordering Full Leather. I wanted the leather dash anyway though, so it wasn't a problem for me.

How much do they charge for contrast stiching?

The details were posted in this thread:
http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1410129

I've read that if you want a color outside of the original 4 or new 6, that it's pricier. It's possible that I could've just gone with Yas stitching for less, but I took the gamble since I haven't seen the Yas stitching in person to compare.

I'm happy with it though, I think it adds a nice touch and looks great in person.

Wow very cool! $1400 isn't that bad actually. BTW the front wheel gap looks kinda large check that the shipping spacers are taken out.

The shipping block removal and basic prep were the only things I asked for from the PDI. I wanted it dirty with as much plastic still on as possible, since I had about a 1.5 hour drive back and I want to minimize rock chips till I get PPF on.

Out of sheer paranoia though, I just went and lifted up the rubber shroud on the front shock and I did not see any hard plastic shims. I lifted all the way up to the bump stop, so I think I'm good.

I know the front gap on a stock F80 is pretty awful and plan on doing the MP HAS after my break in service. Maybe it's the angle and shadow making it look worse? Here's another pic at the tint shop, still a gap obviously but maybe a better angle.

Thanks and indeed it is Atlantis! BMW NA should probably start paying commission to Dubsesd and a few others on here!
