The diff. flash is great and I could tell right away the car became more controllable when the rear end steps out. It just feels more predictable and easier to maintain the slide. I think it just locks up quicker, that's really it. The steering flash really did not make any difference. Still as dull as the M steering gets, but I'm used to it.

That is correct. It's the same as the regular exhaust with slight changes inside of the muffler. Not to be confused with the m performance exhaust though. And I believe the burbles are part of the software as you can get that done on a regular car too through coding.
