Cool X6 feature that is not documented.
I was coming back from the store today. Parked the X6 and opened up the center console doors to retrieve my iPOD so I could update it.
Low and behold the storage was freezing cold. I had the A/C on and set to control the rear climate system. Apparently the air flows not through the console but through the walls of the console. I touched the inner side walls and they were like 40-50 degrees. There is enough room in there for 4 12oz cans of drinks or bottled water. Also, the bottom of the console is a removable/cleanable rubber tray that collects any condensation. Just thought you would like to know.

Actually most don't The 3 series for example passes air through the compartment. I know my 6 series does not have it. I doubt the Z's and Z3 have it either.
