Looking for DIY for an e92 w/ Logic 7 Sub/Amp Install....

Found these:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12983

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87130

I have an 07 e92 w/ logic 7, but without I-drive, so both of those DIYs are somewhat close to being helpful.

So I guess my question is: What components from those DIYs apply to my car, and is there a DIY for my exact application?

I plan on doing sub, amp and maybe a capacitor (depending on how the power is back there).

I know how to so no need for smart-asses

The Logic7 MOST DSP/amp is the same whether or not you have iDrive, so you should be just fine. In fact, I think the whole rear portion of the system (the MOST ring of Logic7, TCU, Sirius, CD Changer) is physically/electrically/optically the same. Unlike E46 navigation, the iDrive guts are all in the dash.

He said that you should not be worry about you having non-iDrive with Logic7 and only finding posts about iDrive Logic7 upgrades because the OEM amp is the same, regardless of source unit...

So whatever worked in an iDrive system can be used in your non-iDrive system.

If you are adding an additional amp and a sub (in addition to the subs underneath your front seats) then the second link is the one that's relevant to you.
If you are just adding an amp or replacing the stock subs underneath the front seats (without a separate sub in the trunk for instance), then the following links may help.

I don't know anything about capacitors...

Good luck.
