can I play music from an iphone

Can I use the iphone to play music from instead of an ipod? I just installed the ipod interface adapter in the glove box.

thanks a bunch....Do you know if you still have to disconnect with a blue tooth ear piece? I probably will still just buy an iphone cause I need a phone and ipod and the iphone seems to be the best solution.

You're positive you have to disconnect it to use the phone? I'd think the system/phone would be smart enough to mute the music just as with a regular i-pod and then talk via the bluetooth connection.

i have it setup like that. When i get a call(you have to connect it via bluetooth) it stops playing the music and i recieve the call thru bluetooth. When i hang up it goes back to start playing the music.

Its very nice!

Yes, but I wouldnt say incredibly better unless you are ripping your stuff in lossless.
