MPE and what must be a decat as, IMHO, it sounds same as white m2 MotoGP safety car, which had MPE and decat DP combo

It does have the cat removed. I spoke to one of the reps about the setup and he admitted to it having the cat removed. A bit deceptive but hey, it's a 'concept' so I guess they can get away with it.

The M2 at FoS had a decat. The safety car has a decat and an empty backbox. It is a dummy.

I am in the passenger seat of that M2. When we were revving it in the paddock, I was explaining the driver how to rev it and what mode to engage to get the best sound out of it.

I also had to tell him how to disengage DSC completely so that he could do the donuts and burnouts. The thing was on Cup 2's so not much smoke in the end.

No - the M2 safety car that I've seen / heard 1st hand at MotoGP had MPE as per publicity shots....
