The better auto drive is being limited to 37mph. Does that make sense?

I see on some of the blog reviews that the better auto drive is limited to 37mph. That is almost worthless. I remember seeing somewhere that it is being marketed as a competition to Cadillacs Supercruise, but with those limitations that doesn't make sense.

Anyone heard anything about the limit being raised?

I called my dealer about it, but he hasn't had training yet.
