Winter Tires for 530 BMW OEMPart

In preparing for the snow and having quite a good experience with Winter tires I finally decided to pull the trigger and order them.
Does anyone has experience in BMW OEM package with 18 inch wheels and Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 ZP Run-Flat.
BMW seems to have some kind of sale going on for these as there with all the options and OEM rims are cheaper than what you can get from retailers like TireRack.

This kit is sold pre-assembled for easy installation and the wheel and tire combination is approved by BMW for G30 5 series models (Excluding vehicles with M Performance brake retrofits).

So does that mean any M brakes factory or port installed won't fit with these?

MSport brakes and M Performance brakes are two different products.

M Performance brakes require minimum 19" wheels but 18" are fine with M Sport brakes.

Has anyone bought this setup from their dealer? If so, did you install the wheel/tires yourself and did the TPS work?
FYI, they also have a set of Michelin X Ice that is about $500 cheaper. Near as I can tell the only difference is the speed rating of the tires.

The Michelin PA-4 are among the best, on my perspective. I need to go to a ski resort station every day, and I would not consider any other tires. They are less efficient in Run-Flat because of too hard sidewalls (be careful in a turn), but they still offer lots of traction.

They are more "sport oriented" than the X-Ice, so they will potentially last less time, but will offer a better performance on non-snowy roads.

Cheers
