Elusive Deep Sea Blue 35i X6 Spotted

Finally ran into the DSB 35i I've seen around town.Got a good set of walkaround pic's this time. This really is the first finished production DSB I've spotted. Not seen many owners post up DSB X6's pic's.Don't know if it's turned out to be an unpopular color choice or just limited production???? Enjoy! Thanks.PalBay

Thanks for posting pics. This is probably one of the only colors I don't like on the X6 and blue is my favorite color. I also don't really care for Tasman Green.

Yes, THANK YOU for posting these Pics,

THIS IS MY EXTERIOR color choice(Actually my wife's choice 'cause it is her SAV) but a set of 20+ will make the world of difference.

I hope Our ext/int color combo remain unique. the lighting in the promo pics does make it look lighter but here it is a tad dark IMO.

The color is nice on itself....I just can't dig it on the X6. I think it can look better on the new 7 series. Thanks for the photos PalBay

I considered Deep Sea Blue until I saw it in person.

It is very "mute" and lacks any charachter. In the dark, it almost looks black, but without that ebony shine. It's like "faded" black in the dark and in the light, it's not sparkly and vibrant.

Well said....when I drove by this X6 as I was on the main road,it appeared almost black.I just about did not stop to go look...thinking the car was black.Only when I got close to the car did I realize it was DSB.Thanks. PalBay

Thanks for the pics Palbay - agree with the comments too. Have not seen the color in the flesh but looks quite 'flat' in your pictures. Just goes to show how the right color can reallllly make a difference on some cars!
Cheers, Anteater.

Many thanks for these pictures, I too have ordered this colour ,But that looks like "Monarco Blue to me". My order is with the sports grill on the front though and 20" Star spoke alloys, I have NOT ordered the rear tinted windows as I think it makes the interior too dark. those wheels are small.

The colour temperature in that picture is way off (too cool) which is why the car looks lighther. Notice how the white car in the back has a strong tint of blue to it and the X6's rims look purple?
