Retro fit TV tuner

Hi Guys i have a e92 coming soon with professional satnav , but im now wish i had got the tv tuner as well . Is it possible to have this retro fitted and what is involved ? Is it a case of just a case of getting hold of the tuner module and plugging it in or will i need some sort of antena as well ?
