what about when you are using your turn signal, is it dim as well?

if you could post a vid, on youtube or whatever, of your car with your turn signal on. Thanks

When it blinks it is dimmer than the amber bulb (which i think is obnoxious anyways). But it blinks brighter than when its just on. IMO the turn signal is still clearly noticeable.
Sorry, I don't have any way to post a video rite now.

Edit: If a moderator could delete the user rating to left of my posts I'd really appreciate that. I cant figure out how to get rid of it, sorry.

Did it on my X5 too. It was even easier. Just reverse the wires on the bulb. Here's how it looks. (Sorry about the crappy iPhone pics)

wouldn't a white bulb be a better solution than amber bulb?

^^ In the pictures, I used a clear bulb to replace the stock amber. By 'white' do you mean a xenon/blue white? The blue/white incandescent bulbs never really look white - they always look greenish in my opinion. To match the Xenon HID headlights you'll need a LED setup, but going the white LED route is a different ballgame.
