Would V3 negate any 29.2 issues

I am currently running V2 with an older progman (26 if i recall correctly) about to take my car for service and would prefer to have the new software for various idrive improvements. Question is - will i have any performance downside (increased lag etc) if I am going to be running V3 the whole time?

You might be the first OP to want the 29.2 and running a tune! V3 with 29.2, you would have to run a doomsday map which is a slightly detuned version for the 29.2....
