Need some help with my first JB4 experiance

Just installed JB4 on my e92 along with after market charge pipe, bof, and drop in K&N air-filter, everything else is stock. DV have been plugged.

Had no issues, switched over to MAP 1 and noticed significant throttle response. I also noticed a few things that were not there before. Hoping you guys can help me identify what they are.

1. When letting off the gas and coming to a slow roll I noticed the exhaust sounds like a can with rocks, kinda annoying. Disabling JB4 Stopped that.

2. A steady faint squeak/whistle almost sounds like a belt but very faint.

3. Idle was fine when the car was cold, once warmed up it was steady at 600rpm but stumbles, sound like chugging from the left side of the engine (JB4 Disabled).
