Smile My first silly questions :)

Can i have Active Autowerke Exhaust + Riss Racing Downpipes ? DP's need to be catted or catless for this exhaust ? Does the DP change the sound of the exhaust ? It is better when the DP are coated or not ?

1. Yes you can have both of them

2. It doesn't matter whether you get catted or catless.

3. Yes it changes the sound of the exhaust.

4. Coating DPs helps with engine temps but it isn't crucial.

Dont put a BOV on this car. They were designed with diverter valves for a reason, leave it that way....

Im planning to go to the states and get a 335i for me but i dont want it to be bone stock. Im planing to spend some money to tune it but i'm a noobie in tuning so thaths why all the questions. For now it looks like i would go for the AA Exhaust AA Intercooler and the RR DP's. Next thing it could be (when its on the market) JB3, intake ( BMS Dual Cone maybe) and LSD.

What do you think about a combo like that ? Could i get max hp from it ? Maybe you have a better idea ?
Does the LSD really can get the car faster or is mainly for drift ?

It actually doesn't make a difference if you use hot side divert valves or an atmospheric dump blow-off valve. It does not affect the drivability and the tune of the car. If the divert valves were recirculated into the cold side (charge pipe) it would be a slightly different scenario.

I personally have JB3, UR DPs, and dual cone intake on my car and I love it.

A stock 335i puts down ~270rwhp/~280rwtrq.

RWHP is the HP that you put to that ground....

So your car has about 402hp ? Adding AA exhaust and AA intercooler to your car would add much HP ? Is an oil cooler neccesary ?

I am putting on exhaust soon and an intercooler eventually. The sports package cars come with an oil cooler.

365 whp is probably closer to 415hp because drivetrain loss is about 12%. (yes, by this logic they make more than 306hp stock - bmw underrates the engine).
