Tracking Down

Here (US) the MyBMW Garage is down so I can't check on the build progress of my X5. Is anyone else having a problem trying to check on the build status of their order?

I assume BMW shut it down just to update the status of our cars that are going through the production line too fast to track

Possibly first indicator that the 2020 configurators may be coming online?

Mine's down also.

Same here. But I was able to get an updated status for my 2020 40xi by phone. And now actually have an estimated completion date of August 3rd.

Try 1-800-831-1117. Then follow the prompts. You'll need your production number or VIN.

Did the 1-800 # have an estimated completion date for your build?

Yes, Aug 4.

BTW Aug 3 is a Saturday and Aug 4 is a Sunday. Looks like Spartanburg is getting a lot of OT.

IDK if this just happened on me, my 2019 X5's estimated completion date is July, 11th.
However, the fact is, on July 12th, the actual build just started, which it moved from production begin to entering the assembly line on the tracker.

Wow, that is crazy for 2020. Can't believe it, they are ahead of schedule? Mine is just still scheduled for production, no scheduled completion date. Guessing this is because they haven't started on it!

Mine is still in "order received" status. Question is, if you take delivery that early, will the finance rebate offers be available at the time?

My CA told me that the rebate offers I will get will be the ones that are available when the car is delivered and I "buy" it.

I'm using Chrome and it's still down for me. Wonder if it's a regional thing?

It's still not working for me in Safari but it works in Google Chrome. Not sure what's going on here. I live in the Twin Cities.

I just tried it again right now and it is still working for me. Sometimes it can take hours or even a day for changes to a web site make it out everybody because of all the stuff on the web is cashed. Your browser may just be caching old pages

Try Chrome incognito, that works for me. I'm thinking it's cookie related but I still can't get the page to load without incognito even after deleting all BMW cookies.
