Bought an M3, first mod suggestions!

Hi all,
Just bought a 2018 f80 ZCP which will be delivered in a week. I'm coming from a 2011 e90 335i FBO + e85 so the car won't start stock for very long. What should be my first mod(s)? (have many on the list)

Huge shout-out to peeb who did me a huge favor and went checked out the car! Good people right there!!

Based on suggestions:

Cosmetics:
CS splitter and high kick spoiler
reflectors
Spacers
springs

Performance:
Mid-pipe
Tune
intake
exhaust

Congrats! I'd recommend a good exhaust. I bought my non-zcp about 6 months ago and the first proper mod I did was the bootmod3 tune. I already had the m-performance exhaust and the tune really bought life to it with the burbles and ability to fully control the valves with the m modes.

I'd get a CF rear diffuser to match your CS CF front splitter and CF rear spoiler.

MPE or Akra Exhaust

Spacers

I would emphasize driver mod if you want to really take advantage of the F80's strengths, which is on a fast road course. In which case, it's about suspension and traction.

Tune once you get used to the power delivery. Don't get this too early, the M3 is already a beast. Appreciate the stock power first.

ty. not sure what driver mod is and Google isn't helping much, is that just another way of saying to get some lessons around the track?

Yes. Instructed high performance driving school. If you attend a track day or autocross, you can get an instructor to ride along with you and give you tips, but honestly I think one-on-one dedicated instruction sessions at a school nets better results. BMW 1 or 2 Day M School is what got me hooked and I have yet to find better instruction. I haven't done skip barber or anything like that, but what I do like about M School is that you will be in an F80 or F82, so you will learn in basically your car.

Sort of eluded to with the turn off active sound, buy the Bimmercode app for your phone and start changing little things like lighting settings and turn off that goddamn visual legal warning and chime when your car starts up. For coding you also need an OBD2 dongle, TommyLgarage youtube videos recommend what to buy (I can't remember what I have at the moment).

Personally I changed out my reverse bulbs right away as well (Diode Dynamics and yes they are pricey for the biggest lumens output) because I back into my home parking spot so that affects me every day.

I also love the OEM look of the Rennline magnet phone mount, YMMV.

Sell 666 and find something that blings less, cleaner look, and easier to clean. Controversial mod...I know.

I've tried (unsuccessfully) to convince myself that I like them because up close they are pretty cool. But from a distance they just don't look right (to me). The 763s (black plus powder coat) or a variety of aftermarket options may suit the car better. I'm saving for that purpose.
