Hey all,
I'm a newbie here having purchased my first BMW, a 320i MSport [G20], last weekend. The dealership managed to locate a vehicle to my specification in stock, so no waiting for a factory build. I'm due to collect in the next few days . Having searched my VIN on the BMW website, the vehicle is shown as having an open technical enhancement, enhancement code 12080500. Does anyone know what this enhancement is and/or had this carried out on your vehicle? Thank you. |

Congrats on the new car. Pics required.
What web address did you use to search for your VIN? I think it's likely it's just a software update or minor adjustment etc required. Worth checking with your dealer though.

Thanks, I'll be sure to post some pictures when I collect the car.
I used the BMW website to search recalls, see link below. https://www.bmw.co.uk/en/footer/quic...e-recalls.html |

I had exactly the same thing on my 330i which I collected yesterday. The software was updated while I was at the dealership. The dealer initially thought it would take more than a day to do and as an apology, had an M2 Competition for me to use under their insurance until my new car software was updated!
