SS2 + blackline tails

Hadn’t seen anyone else do this combo, and despite how polarizing they are I thought I’d share. Seriously looks good, especially if ya have the extra carbon bits on board. Easy install too.

I had the same idea, but didn't want to pull the trigger without seeing what it looks like. I have to say I like it... I like it a lot. Post some more pics when you get a chance. Really nicely done!

You can get them off ebay. These are OEM F80 M Performance Blacklines cost about $520. They ship from europe, got here in about a week.

Thanks for posting pics. Like others have said, please post more. I've only seen one other SSII car with these. I'm on the fence because I do agree that they look good when you have more carbon fiber trim. But, I also like how the red on the standard lights pop against our color.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I don't like the lights at all. Reminds me of cheap eBay knockoffs I've seen on other cars.

Maybe seeing them in person would change my mind though.

Damn, I am surprised how good they look. Anybody got pics of them on a AW car?

These are actually much cheaper than the Shadowline lights available on Shadowline editions and CS in Europe, for whatever reason.

There’s a couple AW owners on here with these. Just do a search for these tail lights and the thread will pop up.

Believe me I was extremely skeptical going into them as well. These are OEM, the quality is legit. I wouldn’t recommend them for some of the more wild colors, but considering this is in line with the color of the car I figured why not. Truth is the newer models are getting away from all red, and I think they’re better for it.
