What does the BC button do?

Sorry I'm a bit newbish but I just took delivery and was wondering what the BC button on the turn signal stalk does? Thanks!

Try pushing it? There's also a digital manual you can download for your mobile device.

Displays for different widgets in the instrument cluster:

- trip data
- entertainment source
- efficiency displays
- etc

It only works in British Columbia, so I certainly would never touch it ... now if it was the NYC button, that would be a different story ...

... but the rest of us hear that it cycles the right side display on the front dash between various functions like entertainment, sport displays, drive mode, efficiency, trip computer, etc.

There's also a built in owners manual in iDrive. Just press the MENU button and scroll down to OWNERS MANUAL. You may also be able to open the manual using the VC (voice control). Press the talk/speak button on the steering wheel's right button pod & after the sound of the tone...just say "owners manual"...see if that opens the manual on the iDrive screen.

If you haven’t selected (in iDrive) what you want to appear in the instrument cluster when you press the BC button...the OP may have pushed the button and didn’t see anything.
