Sudden loss of power. No codes.

Hi! I was out driving my E92 335i n54 yesterday and felt a lack in power. So put it in second and floored it, the power was like a regular 2 liter and when I reached about 5000/6000 rpm I got the engine malfunktion power reduced message. (Which I assume is limp mode).

A while after I restarted the car and the message was gone but I still didn't feel the power. The car runs like normal until about 2000/2500 where the turbos usually kick in, no power at all. Leads me to suspect somethings up with the turbos. I think I can hear the turbo whistle but the DVs don't let out any air when I release throttle.

I scanned the car and got no codes.

What can be the problem here?
Thanks in advance!

You probably have a 3100 and/or 30FF code,

If it went into limp mode, there will be a shadow code,

Use Bimmergeeks Protool or INPA to read the code, don't use generic scanners.

Went out for a drive yesterday and ripped it to 6000 and light came back, indeed this time I got the infamous 30FF code.
