iPhone 12 pro max fit?

Does anyone know if the new iPhone 12 pro max will fit in the phone charge pad slot in the X5?

Don't have the phone yet obviously, but do have a case for it. It fits fine with a little room to spare in the tray both directions in the G05. See pics. This is with a Speck Presidio2 Pro, which is a fairly thin case.

Yes it does fit.
This is with the ESR case from Amazon.

As you can see, there is room to spare in width and height. So I think it will be good for iPhone 14 Pro Ultra

This is the horizontal wireless charging with heated/cooled cupholders.
