There's slots towards the top of my rear seats. It looks as if something should slide into them.

I've hunted through the manual but can't spot anything about them, or what they are for.

Does anyone know what they are?

I'm talking about the big black things on the two side seats. They each contain a slot that something obviously goes onto.

I think they are to attach the load cover when the rear seats are folder flat.

The load cover then has a net that pulls out and attaches to the roof behind the b pillar. Effectively then giving you a protective net behind the front passengers.

Don't be too sure about that... you may have 'van' duties in the future.
