LSD install in GA/SC?
I'm thinking about purchasing a LSD but ,before I do, I was told that it needs to be done by a highly qualified technician.
Does anyone recommend a shop I could get this done with? Thanks ahead of time.

Hey, I had asked this question several months ago, and you had suggested contacting Dyno4ance for getting a referral.
Anyway, at the time, I talked to Harrison Motor Sports in Alpharetta, and the guy I spoke to sounded knowledgeable. (i didn't actually go through with getting the LSD as not only was the quaife expensive, the logistics of getting it installed were difficult for me)

Wait, do you not know about the welded ring gears? When was your car built? If it was built in 07 AT ALL you have a welded ring gear and can't just buy a quaife unit. Also installing a LSD core into a housing requires a VERY VERY qualified shop.

Mine is a welded diff, and if I understood it correctly, Harold (HPAutoworks) has a 'new' pumpkin with quaife for $3995. The whole thing (shipping and labor included) comes out to nearly $5k.

You can also look into Harrison. I have been there a few times. Nice guys (pretty sure you want to speak to David) Not sure about their experience with e92's Finally, Is your 335 manual or step? Please PM Final drive ratio and asking price if your interested in recouping the installation cost, etc. GL |

Kinetic would easily handle the chore. Not sure of their rates but they are more than up to the task:
