N54 Intake manifold and throttle body torque specs???

Hey guys,
I'm replacing my knock sensors and I can't seem to find the correct torque specs for both the Intake manifold and the Throttle body torque specs.
Can any of you guys help me out with those torque specs please???

I have heard of the Bently manual. But I'm not sure if this type of information is there. Does any of you guys that have any experience of other repair manuals, I can get?

I think it was from a BMW TIS
Should be good, I found a note I had with those specs and it is what I used when I had mine apart.
You are welcome.
