Thinking of putting my e90 up for sale. It’s a six speed manual w/ sport package w/ 140K. It’s all stock. I’ve replaced radiator, water pump, oil filter housing gasket, valve cover, and recently had the dealer replace the Vanos camshaft. It has new spark plugs, new gear oil in the diff, and for the last 100K miles I’ve changed the oil at 4K intervals with Mobile 1 0-40. It’s a great car, but my kids are getting bigger and I really need to buy something more practical. Not sure of value and would be interested in what you all recommend I ask for it. Oh….it’s black on black with no navigation. Thanks!

I think 12-14k would be a good place to start price-wise. The demand for cars of similar spec is pretty high right now so that will help a lot. I would definitely get a paint correction pre-sale as it looks to have a lot of swirls but it's an easy remedy that you'll save in the end on by doing it ahead of time rather than taking the hit so the next guy can. Nice car, good luck!

Thanks! Yes I definitely need to get the paint smoothed out. I’ve always focused more on the mechanical over the years since it’s my daily. Forgot to mention that I have the M3 control arms up front and a new Bilstein B12 kit. Not sure I like the new springs and ride height so I may swap the stock sport springs back in with Bilstein dampers. I’ve only driven a couple thousand miles with this setup, but I think it’s a bit low for my taste.
