Having problems going beyond 20psi on my custom tune. I have a PS2 turbo and tuner mentioned I should be able to run 24-25psi. Right now I am maxing out around 20psi. Shop says I have no leak and they run smoke / pressure test. Anything else to look for? I have 3.5 upgraded tmap sensor as well..

You definitely have a boost leak. WGDC is pinned at 100 but you're not making the target boost. Take it to a different shop because the evidence of the boost leak is in the log you posted.

Thanks! Do you guys mind sending me a link to a bm3 log in idle? I want to know what is the pattern of wdgc with the car stopped. My car stays in 95% in confort and 99% in sport/sport+ I am wondering if this is already wrong or not… when I press the throttle the nbr goes down.. goes faster down in confort than sport
