If your parents have 2 vehicles already then it won't make any difference. You would be the 3rd driver. I think your insurance will be quite high. because of your age. Unless you can afford to loose the car there is always pl and pd with a million libility. Thats the cheap way but it doesn't insure your car at all. Just if you hit someone else. In alberta that would cost my 19 year old son about $1400 a year with fire and theift. No tickets and caa driver training.

Okay thanks for the reply.. If the insurance isn't over 4,000 a year then i really don't mind cuz thats only like 333 a month or so.. I''m just hoping it wont cost me to much cuz i dont have to much money to fork over and i really want a Z4

Garage List
2005 Z4  [5.00]
z4's are pretty good to insure,

what surprised me the most is that the M Roadster had lower insurance premiums than the 2.5i

the insurance guy explained to me that they get more claims per insured car from the z4's than the M roadsters. that's what the premiums per car are based on.

an M3 had much much higher insurance premium.
