Heya guys,

It's about time for me to order a new X5m and I've been on the fence back and forth about doing Tanzanite Blue II or Le Mans Blue or... SMB... Or Grigio Telesto... Help me.

Went there today again and I notice new colors;

Brands hatch Gray, Mora, Aurora Diamond Green, Singapore Gray, Signal Green and Nardo Grey are now available. Everything else looks the the same, and I don't see any options removed.

This is good news for us, but bad news for me because FBHG looks sick on my CS and I really like Aurora Diamond Green..

I would have went with Grigio Telesto if wanted to spend the money and wait the extra time. It's a very cool color

I have seen the M5 in it and it looks pretty good....

That being said, I googled and saw a normal X5 in signal green and it just doesn't look good. I think java green is 1000000x better.

I love my Atlantis but I'm a little sad I didn't stick it out a year because a Wildberry X5 would have been a very close 2nd choice.

My 2 favorites are Tanzanite or Pyrite Brown; my next BMW will be one of those 2.

What color interior were you thinking? That might affect the exterior color you go with…

Grigio Telesto is fantastic looking and really complements the blacked out exterior trim on the X5MC, IMO.

I have tanzinite and like it, but really wanted Marina Bay blue or Frozen Marina Bay blue. Le mans looks ery nice too. I'm definitely recommending blue.

I think you need the aggressive lines of the X5M to maybe pull it off.

I do agree that Java is a nicer color for sure.

I don't really like any of the interior options except black. I wish all of the other interiors were "inverted". Sakir looks cool, but I wish it was just the center of the seats that were Sakir versus everything.




Colors I'm leaning the most towards to;
SMB - Top choice
Avus Blue - Strong contender, pure blue flake. It's like a lighter SMB.
Grigio Telesto - Would look super cool with black wheels and black accents, like BHGM
Brands hatch gray metallic - if I xpel matte wrap it, would look like my M5 CS which looks awesome
Pyrite Brown - I've never liked "brown" cars but this color looks ridiculous. Could be cool on an X5M.



Colors I kinda like;
Tanzanite Blue II - This one is a little on the dark side, wish it was slightly brighter
MBB - I don't like the purple flake
Aurora Diamond Green - I already have a green car (Oak Forest Green 992), but this one looks kinda nice.
Macao Blue - Saw it in photos, looks kinda weak as a color. This is what I want but I wish it had more blue flake in it.




I want to order a '23 before the LCI and only have 8k miles left on this 21' lease. The 23 I will buy since rates are shit. I want it to be something cool since it's probably the last gasser only X5M. I don't think I'm going to keep it forever, so no crazy individual interior, they quoted me 15k to get some damn stitching and seat centers swapped out.

FBHG Frozen?? Something something, personally I love tanzanite looks great as well as you don't get longer wait times and you have a few thousand as it's only 1,950 compared up to 4,500. It's the color I chose on my G80. I think it looks best on SUVs

Tanzanite blue II was originally my first choice because it looks SICK in the sun, there is no arguing it, and living here in Scottsdale I have ample supply of sun. I just wish it wasn't quite so dark, you have any shade and it looks like black which I have now.


I saw malachite green on a regular X5 indoors at BMW North Scottsdale and it did indeed catch my attention. That with some bronze or something wheels would look clean, feel the same way about that pyrite brown color.

Ah okay when you said CS thought F8X threw me off. If I were to a individual on the x5M outside of tanz I'd do frozen dark grey frozen grey II but th hats too similar to your CS. Ik you said tanz may look black but atleast it's not like carbon black or azurite
