DME Program Version?

Anyone know what the latest DME Program Version is out for our cars right now? From what I'm hearing the most current DME Program Version will be out in January 2009. This one is supose to have the "Lag Fix" they unknowingly induced while trying to fix the waste gate rattle in the previous DME Program Version.

The big question is if the January 2009 lag fix flash is the same program that will be available in January 2009 build cars.
