I replaced my downpipes with hi flow catted who can I sell my stock ones to?

You dont want to keep them for when you go to sell the car? Selling a modified vehicle doesn't help its value.

You can list them in the marketplace. I believe others have listed and sold some there. slicky does make a good point though. You want it to appear factory stock when you trade and have your story straight about how it was driven only on Sundays by a little old lady, all highway miles.
