There are a lot of G8X UNDER MSRP deals from 5%-9% on Facebook for our friends in the states.

Now, when are we getting back to normal and starting to see the under MSRP deal?

I’ve bought 2 g82 both of them under msrp. People in Canada were paying msrp or higher this whole time? I thought it was only a USA thing.

Under MSRP everywhere is a huge overstatement. I’m in all the relevant FB groups and I’ve seen a few under MSRP deals for G82. G83 is definitely under MSRP. G80 seems to be holding sticker (advertised). 5-9% off is definitely not the norm. There were a few year end inventory dumps (I posted them) but that’s it at anything remotely close to that level.

Brokers are still moving units at MSRP plus fee so your comment about under MSRP being the norm is way premature. It’s the norm when brokers advertise it (they’re usually a good barometer).

I’m not saying people aren’t getting some discounts but it’s not as common as you’re making it seem and 5-9% isn’t normal at all.

Market is definitely softer but not that soft (yet).

Canada is worse than the states.
Used 2021 G80 is asking over msrp
2020 M2c are asking over msrp as well

A few (3-5) M4 CSL are asking 25k over msrp and down to 15k in 3 days are still sitting there. Market are going down faster than you thought.

And meanwhile in Canada, we are still seeing a lot of OVER msrp USED 1-3 years old car. ��*��

This must not be for base manual transmission M3s. There are only 20 new ones available in the entire United States. I just tried to buy one and dealer wanted $2500 ADM due to the shortage.

Not sure what you're looking at but those discounts don't exist. I live in California.

Please post links / proof. I know people that would grab those cars right now at those discounts.

People post picture, not only one guy, but a few.

There is some dude who don’t believe just like you, and all the proof just make him silence. And 2 or 3 dealer’s sale guy pop up in the post and said they’ve under msrp to offer and send direct DM.

And if you go to CarGurus.com, Monrovia bmw have a m4c Xdrive posted under msrp publicly. Msrp $95525, listed on CarGurus for $90642.

I’ll post a few here. There is more under msrp deals, which I don’t think I need to post more to proof.

I’ve seen some of these, and there are others as well!

I think that ADM is largely gone. MSRP is the new normal. Below MSRP is starting to occur more often, but it’s not yet ubiquitous.

I meant to say I am in Quebec. I thought only states people were paying higher prices. I got deals on both my Quebec g82 purchases.

Here's every M4 within 50 miles of Monrovia on CarGuru right now. M3 is even worse. Don't believe every advert you see online. They need to get you in the door somehow. Discounts exist if you're willing to pick something up pre-built that someone flaked on but not anywhere near what you're saying / posting. Especially not in California.

You said those deal don’t exist, I proof that to you.
The CarGurus ad is from Monrovia bmw and it’s under msrp and they’re from Cali. Other dealer will slowly go the same way when their car sit in the lot. Msrp started from sept, and under msrp deal started in Dec. And there is more and more under msrp deal posting up on Facebook everyday.

If you think M3 is worse, you can search deeper.
Los angeles broker can get you msrp dealer if you don't want to do the work, otherwise, do the work yourself and there is under msrp deal.

It is against BMW marketing rules to advertise any current model year new vehicle below MSRP, either the vehicle must be punched as a demo/loaner or be a pre-owned vehicle to advertise anything less then MSRP.

Unless it is a 1 to 1 advertisement, meaning not publicly displayed, discount sent to an individual.

MSRP has been the going rate for a while if you order. (Like I did)

M4 has been easier to get than M3 for a while.

M3 Base has lower demand than comp x-drive.
