Odd Sound From Underneath 50i
Hello everyone!
I noticed a grinding sound coming from underneath my vehicle. Does anyone know what it could be and/or how to fix it? It is a grinding/scrape with some rattling mixed in.. sounds rotational... I can't pinpoint the sound but it seems to be exterior as I can only hear it with the windows down, and only while im in-between houses, barriers, mountains etc.. as the sound seems to echo back towards my vehicle... obviously.. It seems to be loudest when I accelerate from lower speeds (10-40mph) and when slowing down it is about half the volume. The noise may still be present at higher speeds but I do have an M sport exaust and with wind noise (from having windows down), the grinding noise could be getting drowned out. Does anyone have any ideas? I've takin it to 2 mechanics.. 1 said rotors/breaks and 1 said front right wheel bearing. I think its something else...
