Monochrome Airbag Cover Roundel?

Looking at a used M50i, and it seems the original owner was very committed to a monochrome look for the vehicle, all the way to the steering wheel airbag cover. Does anyone know if this was a factory option, or are these available aftermarket?

I just would like to make sure the airbag wasn’t tampered with.

Welcome to the forum. Likely an overlay so no need to worry about tampering.

There’s a vendor (amongst others) here by the name JBSPEED and they sell those. From what I understand, the steering wheel logo is a sticker that goes on top of the factory one.

I found another vendor that sells a set, and looking closely at the photos, it looks like this one had all of them!

I say “had” since it looks like it’s no longer available…

Oh well, the hunt continues!
