Week 38, MY24 (50e)?

I was week 31 and was moved to 38…no known reason. Anyone in week 38 moved to 112 yet?

Talk to your dealer. Sounds like a date adjustment based on what your dealer had allocated.

Right, not really wondering why as this is the second car this year for me and they really are not told much as to why it changed. I am more interested now to see if anyone is getting moved to status 112? My last car moved there about a month before the build date and the date didn’t change. But that was also made in Germany.

It shouldn't have anything to do with your dealer's allocations since you still have the same production number. Only if you received a new production number would it have to do with a new allocation. You have an Individual paint so those schedules are constantly being changed/updated.

Maldives blue. Sorry, I do not know what status 111 is. Actually, earlier today I called "genius" (still makes me smile when I think how they called this team) and the "genius" confirmed that I am still on week 38. This was initially indicated by the dealer.

111 is Order Received.

As long as you have that then you can track the status in MyGarage as well as call Genius for updates. Unfortunately the dealer is generally the last place you want to go for updates as they sometimes are sales slanted.

Hmm, the mygarage site shows the below. I specifically asked "genius" and she said that I will not see the production week in mygarage.

She is absolutely correct, you will not see the production week in MyGarage, Genius will give it to you. Once you hit Production Begins then you can use the F12 process to get your actual production date from MyGarage.

Although I don't mind as long as they are making my vehicle complete with all the updates I'm ok waiting for it

The production week is assigned to the allocation so you can get that as soon as you have your production number, just cask your CA or give Genus a call. Once you hit 150 (Production Begins) then you can use the "F12" process to get your production date.

When my i4 went to status 150, the car was in production and done within a day or two. That was germany, so not sure if same for US car.

Correct, the prodDate data item is not filled in until you hit Production Begins.

It varies based on the model and plant. For the X5 it is about two weeks between the vehicle going to Production Begins (150) and the assembly beginning.

Hey Deano, I also have a 50e with a week 38 build and I'm in 112 (production scheduled). Hope you get there fast.

I live relatively close to Plant Spartanburg and I have a tour of Best Fit/paint booth booked September 12, the week prior. As I understand it the build week is generally the week that production is supposed to be "complete." Not holding my breath about seeing anyone's car in particular, but if yours is Ruby Red II, I imagine it'll be really easy to spot if it's there! Great choice.
