Someone spent a lot of money on carbon fiber for this thing. I thought it was an XM Label at first glance, but after watching the video further it is the base model. You can tell because of the rear seat pillows and the lack of dual red/black seats. It looks like he/she replaced XM side badging with the XM Label version. Either way, it certainly looks sick! This is definitely one of those vehicles that you like even more every time you see it - especially in person!

Renegade Design has been texting me after I inquired about their XM aero weeks ago. It was more of curiosity on my part but I think some of the parts look really good and some are rather cheesy.

The prices were about what I expected which is to say expensive but you can order the pieces you want instead of the whole thing in either black gloss or carbon fiber.

They have done about 5-6 but that number may have went up.

Yea, been talking to them recently since they need something from me.

Some of my customers had purchased it.

Slightly off-topic. After going to the grocery store this morning, I decided to top off the tank at Exxon. Someone was pulling out in a 5-Series and then rolled his window down to ask me, ‘Excuse me sir, is that one of the new BMW hybrids?” I invited him over to come check it out and he was very complimentary. I absolutely love this thing!

My first thought was wow, there are a lot of nooks and crannies where bugs are going to get stuck on the front end, when going on road trips.
