Ticking sound from H&R Springs on X5MC

Hey, I had my shop install H&R lowering springs (28627-1) which I purchased from another member here for my X5M Comp.

I am hearing ticking sounds under suspension load; braking/accelerating/bumps. I went back to my shop where a few experienced techs made sure everything was 100% and tight, but no improvement on this ticking sound. No damage to springs or bump stops.

Can the issue be the springs themselves?

If anyone had a similar experience and has some insight on this, would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
